Delicious yemeni kebda ( includes sheep liver )

Recipe Needed:

1 sheep liver chopped 

1 green bell pepper chopped 

1 onion chopped 

1 tomato chopped 

1/2 cup tomato sauce

3 green chilies

1 tsp hawaij spice mix 

3 cloves garlic minced 

2 tbsp oil 

1/4 tsp salt 


a pan with oil fry onions till brown

over medium high heat 

then add garlic and green chilies

cook about 1 min until garlic turn fragrant

then add liver fry till turn brown 

once brown add your tomatoes and tomato

sauce, hawaij spice mix and salt

cook until liver is nearly cooked through 

for about 15 to 20 minutes 

then add green bell peppers 

cook for a few more minutes until pepper
