Easy Spicy Butter Garlic Shrimp Recipe

*INGREDIENTS* 1/2 lb (200g) shrimp 2-3 large garlic cloves 1 tsp paprika powder 1 tbsp red chilli flakes 1 tbsp butter 1 tsp lemon juice (or more depending on taste) Extra virgin olive oil Parsley/cilantro/coriander Salt and pepper Tips: - Be careful to not overcook the shrimp or it will end up in dry, rubbery shrimp - Jumbo shrimp tastes great as it can handle more cooking - The marination is important or the shrimp will not taste seasoned as it's a very short cooking time - In case it's too spicy, add additional butter to lower the spice - Pairs well with grilled vegetables, bread, cilantro rice or on it's own
