10 whole chicken wings, washed and patted dry 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon white pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 table spoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons flour 1 egg Cooking oil of your choice ( I used canola oil ) Once you mix all of the ingredients together be sure to cover the chicken wings for at least two hours before cooking them.
