Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground camel meat
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
- Salt to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Pickles
- Tahini sauce

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground camel meat, chopped onion, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, black pepper, turmeric, and salt. Mix well until all the spices are evenly distributed.

2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

3. Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the camel patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through and have a nice crust on the outside.

4. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the burger buns.

5. Assemble the camel burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a cooked patty, tomato slices, and pickles.
